What if I just need a logo?
A single logo will not truly connect with your audience or tell the full story of your brand. That's why I don't design just a logo. To create a lasting brand impression and stand out, it's essential to develop a complete brand identity. However, if you already have a brand identity, and you want to refine an existing logo, feel free to reach out and we can come up with a plan.
What is the usual delivery time?
Each service has it’s own timeline (approx. 4-12 weeks), and additionally my availability varies based on the demand. Usually I estimate specific timeframes during or right after our discovery call. If interested, fill out the client application form, book a call with me, and we can go through all the details during the call.
What are the payment options?
What has worked best for both my clients and me is the 50/50 payment plan. 50% payment before starting the project, and 50% payment after the project has been finished, just before handing the final files. In case of longer collaboration, the payments can be split in more phases.
When can we start working?
This varies based on demand, which is quite unpredictable. However, usually I can start within a few days or few weeks of our discovery call. I am very transparent and will tell you if there is a waiting time. No artificial scarcity or overloading with projects here.
